"Windpark Noordoostpolder Visit Boat Tour"
A Germany energy company wanted to tour around a windpark. The search began with a winpark search, however, due to infrastructure security protocols it wasn’t possible. Nonetheless, we found a boat company that could take 110 people as close as possible to the Windpark at Noordoostpolder on the IJsselmeer. It is one of the largest wind farms in the Netherlands with a total of 86 wind turbines on shore and near shore. The wind farm generates around 1.4 billion kWh of clean renewable electricity each year.

The company also wanted a live expert who could explain the windfarm as the boat cruised around it. An audiovisual company was hired to connect the expert located in Munich to the 110 people onboard through a sound system so that the expert could be listened to on headsets. We hired coach buses to bring the passengers from the center of Amsterdam to Urk Harbour which was quite challenging due to the narrow roads. There was a lot of coordination and organization with the bus drivers to ensure the passenger could board the busses in a quick manner as coach buses are only allowed to stop for only a few minutes on the streets. With the help of hosts we were able to speed up the boarding process. The boat company offer refreshments and the staff was very helpful with all of the passengers. The entire event lasted 6 hours including travel time.
"Team Building Activity That's Competitive and Fun"
A leading manufacturer of visual display and presentation products wanted to offer their EMEA sales team a competitive and fun activity in a picturesque and less busy city near Amsterdam. The chosen city was Haarlem. We customized a scavenger hunt that was both educational and fun. The client wanted interesting and historical sights included in the challenges. We also provided polaroid cameras so that each team could take pictures of completed challenges as per instructions on their scavenger hunt package.

The activity also provided stops where people could get typical Dutch snacks and drinks. The activity was so welcomed that people got lost in conversations spending a bit more time at some stops.
We provided hostess that were reachable in case the team needed assistance or were lost. The activity took 3 hours and it ended at a restauarant where all teams were welcomed with drinks.
After that, the group moved inside the restaurant for a 3-course-dinner where the winning teams were announced and given prizes, including the team that came the very last. Everyone had a great time.
"VR Experience at The Member's Lounge And a Canal Cruise
A not-for-profit medical society where their members and decision-makers are scientists, clinicians, nurses and allied professionals working in all fields of cardiology carried out an congress at the RAI, Amsterdam. They wanted a specific VR experience for their cardiologists. The VR experience needed to have a gaming-based human body aspect to it. We set off to find a vendor that had the program and the expertise to provide such experience to the member’s lounge for a period of 3 days. The space was also not as large as it would needed to be, however, we advised the organization to redesign their lounge space to make space for the VR experience and people flow avoiding crowding in certain areas of the space.

The member’s lounge extended an invitation to 120 members for a private boat canal cruise around Amsterdam. We hired coach buses to transport everyone to the docking pier at central station. We had hostesses directing small groups to the pier so that everyone could follow the route. The canal cruise lasted 1 hour.
Our hostesses waited for the boats to arrive at the pier and walked the groups back to their coah bus to return to the RAI, Amsterdam.
